| 2009 Chesapeake Chapter Trips, Cruises and Meetings |
Over the past year we've seen more and more members and non-members waiting to finalize their trip plans. Many of the hotels and boats we work with require a firm commitment from us several months in advance. This means that we give up rooms or other reservations if we don't have people registered. If you are interested in any of our upcoming trip, please let us know as soon as possible so you don't miss out on a great trip.

Seaway Trail.
This bus trip lighthouse tour will follow along the Seaway Trail from Erie, PA to Ogdensburg, NY and parts of Canada.

Nova Scotia Lighthouses.
Bus trip to see approximately 31 lighthouses

New York Harbor & Hudson River Cruises.
Cruise to see New York Harbor lighthouses and Hudson River lights.

September 19 & 20, 2009 |

Maryland Lighthouse Challenge 2009.
The 7th annual event will take place on September 19 and 20, 2009, and like the similar event in New Jersey, it will be a race up and down the state to see all of Maryland’s land-based lighthouses. We hope that all of our Chapter members will either be able to take the Challenge themselves, or be available to volunteer some portion of time working at one of the Chapter tables on the designated weekend. |
