13th Annual Chesapeake Chapter Photo Contest - 2007 Winners

Thank you for those who sent in their beautiful lighthouse photographs. The 2007 Photo Contest originally had four categories, three of the categories were from the Challenges and the fourth was Life Saving Stations. However, there were less than 50 photographs received for the contest, so it was decided to combine the categories and have one first place winner and two runners up. We also wanted to give an Honorable Mention award for the most creative photograph. The photographs will be displayed at the Calvert Marine Museum for all to see. Thank you all that did send in pictures. Keep enjoying the lighthouses and keep taking pictures.
First Place winner was Dan Creeden of Laurel, MD with a beautiful picture of Cove Point Lighthouse.
The Runners Up were Carol Ward of Millersville, MD with her picture of Tuckerton Lighthouse and Jack Ryan of Niles, OH with his photo of Chicamacomico Life Saving Station.
Dan Creeden also won the Honorable Mention for his creative picture also taken at Cove Point Lighthouse with Mr. Lighthouse.
