The cruise will leave from Calvert Marine Museum in Solomons, Maryland, and will pass Cedar Point remains, Point Lookout, Point-No-Point, Smith Point, Solomon’s Lump, Holland Island Bar and Hooper Island. This will be an all day cruise, leaving at 8:00 am, returning late afternoon and may be back in time to visit Drum Point and Cove Point, and shop in Calvert Marine Museum’s gift shop. During the cruise we will be stopping and disembarking at Smith Island for a family-style meal at The Bayside Inn. Don’t forget the Smith Island Cake, Maryland’s official state cake, for dessert. As we did in 2006, and because those cruises were so successful, we have once again chartered the Jennifer-Anne with Capt. Charlie Marenka. If we fill the boat for Saturday, then an additional cruise will be added for Sunday, July 27th. Those who sign up first will be given their choice of taking the trip on either Saturday or Sunday.

The cost for this cruise will be $110.00 for members and $120.00 for non-members. This cost does not include the cost of your meal, approximately $18.95, cash only, on Smith’s Island. Final payment will be due by June 14^th, 2008.
